About Splash N’ Dash Self Car Wash

Located at 2224 Ellsworth Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197, Splash N’ Dash Self Car Wash operates as a car wash serving Ypsilanti in Michigan. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Ypsilanti, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Michigan, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.

Its Google rating stands at 2.3 out of 5 from 80 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

This place has always been bad but it’s gone downhill the past couple years they don’t maintenance anything you spend $2.75 and barely get two minutes. You’ll have better luck going elsewhere. During the winter you just walk on pure ice.

Junk no soap broken water lines leaking low quality place head to the spay and wash in saline open 24 hours if zips car wash is closed to get that salt that’s eating away your paint off in the middle of the night

I hate this place. It’s not worth it. The good reviews it has are 💯% fake. They equipment never work. They raised the prices for a worse experience. I usually just use pre soak and water to rinse off my car and that doesn’t work half the time. Horrible horrible horrible. They owe me $5.50 that I put in the and I can’t get my money back. There’s no number, nobody is ever here. They need to be shut down.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. After trying three different vacuums, out of the ones I could find that actually had the nozzle on them… And after $3.00 later, my car still needs to be vacuumed. For a place who claims there is 24 hour security cameras, apparently no one watches the footage to see when the vacuums are broken 🤯🥵🫣

This spray wash is literal hot garbage because all it’s going to do is spray hot water and nothing else no matter what you have it set to. It’s also an absolute rip off with each quarter giving you about 20 seconds. This place has been ran into the ground and neglected for years now. Luckily this time I was just trying to spray some mud off my truck but I’m still not happy about it having no soap at all. I’ll go 10 miles out of my way going forward to an actual good spray wash because there’s a few around that work great and also take credit cards and give you more time for your money. This place needs to just be torn down and have a Starbucks or something built there on the property.
